Painter-For-A-Day Program Policy

This policy outlines the operational guidelines for our Painter-For-A-Day program, ensuring consistent service delivery and clear expectations for our team members.

 

Service Scope and Duration

The Painter-For-A-Day program provides one skilled Sequoia Painting team member for eight (8) hours of dedicated labor. This timeframe includes all on-site activities, from setup to cleanup.

 

Paint Procurement

Customers have two options for paint procurement:

  • Customer-Provided Paint: The customer can choose to purchase and have all necessary paint on-site prior to the painter’s arrival.
  • Painter-Assisted Procurement: If the customer requires the painter to pick up paint, this time will be deducted from the allotted eight (8) hours of painting labor. Team members are to manage this efficiently to maximize painting time.

 

Discounted Paint Pricing

Team members are to inform customers that they can receive our discounted pricing on paint by going to any Sherwin-Williams location and using the code “Painter for a Day.” for 30% off

 

Color Consultation

The Painter-For-A-Day program does not include a complimentary color consultation. If a customer requests a color consultation, this service is available for an additional charge of $250. Team members should communicate this clearly to the customer if the need arises.
